Andy is a graduate of Cal Poly
San Luis Obispo. In 1978, after working for 3 years for a national
bookkeeping & tax service, he opened his own practice. He has been
self-employed ever since. In 1987 Andy sold his San Luis Obispo
practice to his partner and moved south to Vista, Ca where he lives
with his wife, Sandy and 2 children, Ryan & Stephanie. His
professional affiliations include charter member of the Central Coast
Chapter of the California Society of Enrolled Agents, Charter member of
the Palomar Chapter of the California Society of Enrolled Agents,
National association of Enrolled Agents. He maintains these
professional designations by complying with the required continuing
professional educational requirements of these organizations. Andy is
also involved with his community. He is a member of the Vista Chamber
of Commerce and Vista Sunrise Kiwanis. manages his daughter's soccer
team and is on the board of the VHS roller hockey team.
