Andy is a graduate of Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. In 1978, after working for 3 years for a national bookkeeping & tax service, he opened his own practice. He has been self-employed ever since. In 1987 Andy sold his San Luis Obispo practice to his partner and moved south to Vista, Ca where he lives with his wife, Sandy and 2 children, Ryan & Stephanie. His professional affiliations include charter member of the Central Coast Chapter of the California Society of Enrolled Agents, Charter member of the Palomar Chapter of the California Society of Enrolled Agents, National association of Enrolled Agents. He maintains these professional designations by complying with the required continuing professional educational requirements of these organizations. Andy is also involved with his community. He is a member of the Vista Chamber of Commerce and Vista Sunrise Kiwanis. |

Jeff Johnson has been helping individual and small business clients with tax and financial planning for over 10 years. Utilizing a comprehensive planning approach he works with clients on strategies for paying less tax and protecting their assets. He also works with owners of closely-held businesses by providing employee benefit strategies, business succession
plans, and business appraisals.
Starting with a degree in finance from the University of North Dakota, Jeff has continually increased his financial education. He currently holds the industry designations of Enrolled Agent (EA) and Certified Financial Planner (CFP). In addition, he holds a life and health insurance license from the state of California.
Jeff is a member of the California Society of Enrolled agents, the Financial Planning Association, and the Institute of Business Appraisers |
